Ways to Build Resilience In Your Child
There has never been a better time to fuse theater arts with social and emotional learning to build resilience in children and teens. Creative drama is used as protective factor that can offset the stressful and often traumatic impact of the past year.
This free webinar will focus on skills you can use to build your child’s resilience and sample Dramatic Stages’ engaging, creative programs to learn how we use theater arts to teach and transform.
In this 1 hour class you will:
Play
Experience theater games and activities which teach invaluable life skills and are fun ways to de-stress, connect and create.
Practice
Learn research-based positive psychology tools that promote resilience and well being. Then put them to the test in real time to fully understand the benefits.
Take Away
Leave feeling calm and revitalized, with resources and creative ways to engage your child in healthy behavior. (and maybe yourself too!)
